What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Email support@wearcloudy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the package. We will dispatch an immediate replacement at zero cost to you.

Where do you ship?

We ship across the United States and internationally to all major English-speaking destinations. Orders are dispatched via tracked courier partners directly to your door.

How much does shipping cost?

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day. Orders placed over weekends or holidays process the following business morning.

How long does delivery take?

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 3 to 6 business days in transit.

  • Priority / Express Shipping: 2 to 4 business days in transit.

  • International Shipping: 7 to 12 business days depending on destination customs clearance.

Will I receive live tracking?

Yes. As soon as your order is packed and dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation email is sent containing your direct carrier tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier sorting hubs to update initial scan events.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please email support@wearcloudy.com as soon as possible with the subject line "URGENT: Address Change" along with your order number and updated address. We can adjust delivery details right up until your shipping label is generated.

My tracking says delivered, but I cannot locate the package. What now?

First, check your porch, building parcel lockers, or with household members and neighbors. Delivery drivers occasionally scan packages a few hours before physical drop-off. If your parcel has not turned up within 24 hours of the delivery scan, email mail@nz-ecommerce.com and we will resolve it immediately.
